Once you have confirmed acceptance of the price for the work schedule and service offered a detailed specification for that work will be completed by the surveyor by way of an order agreement. Installation is normally concluded within 4-6 weeks from date or order agreement, or as per customers instructions. This is clearly outlined in our order agreement a copy of which will be left with you for your records. Delivery of product prior to installation for your home improvement project will coincide with the date for installation shown on your order agreement. Contact will be made by the Company at least one week prior to installation to confirm suitability for access to the property to undertake completion of your project.
You have the right to cancel at any time within 14 days from the date of order agreement.

A refund for any deposit paid will be actionable within the cancellation period of 10 days from the date of order agreement. Refund will be made only to the card or payment option used to made the initial payment.
